The crew touches down in Tokyo and checks into Glansit Akihabara, a capsule hotel in the heart of the city. Night one kicks off with neon lights, good food, and the first stories of the trip.

We leave the Tokyo chaos behind and ride the Shinkansen to Kyoto. Based at Oakwood Hotel Oike, we’ll explore temples, markets, and the calm beauty of Japan’s cultural capital.

Travel day! Morning Shinkansen to Tokyo, evening flight north to Hokkaido. We’ll hit the road from Sapporo and roll into 9 C Hotel Asahikawa - our home base for a week of skiing and adventure.

We’ll chase snow across Kamui, Furano, Canmore, Pippu, and Nayoro Piyashiri by day, and dive into Asahikawa’s food and nightlife by night.

If the weather permits, we’ll make it to Mt Asahidake for a sunset over its iconic steaming vents.

All done with skiing, it’s time to move again. We’ll drive back to Sapporo, catch a flight to Tokyo, and check into Hotel Mystays for the final stretch of the trip.

Tokyo’s yours to explore. From temple sunrises to back-alley eats and late-night city lights, these two days are wide open. No wrong turns here, just adventure.
